RAF spitfire clock ,gyroscope enclosure

Bespoke RAF Spitfire clock in a 1950's gyroscope casing. 
Clock is pre loved RAF official merc and works flawlessly keeping perfect time. Clock itself is 12" in diameter
Surround -enclosure is a Gyroscope casing removed from a 1950's circa aircraft. 
A substantial size at approx
14" diameter
7" thick,depth, Inc dome
It has some very interesting features. 
Perspex domed front held in place with a securing ring and metal clasps.
The dome does have a small scratch but doesn't  really deflect from it's  past history ,one small catch is missing a small part also but is unseen once closed.
A truly wonderful piece which would look amazing in any house ,kitchen ,man cave
